Howdy Japanese Language School currently has 6 Ukrainian students studying at the school. We interviewed 2 of them to find out their lives in Japan.
They came to Japan without their families due to the ever increasing conflict in Ukraine. We want them to settle in Japan smoothly with our support.
The school has a wide range of support resources available, and we also let them know about the services they can access in Osaka.

Vietnam-Japan joint Japanese Language Centre has opened on 6th, March, 2023.
Howdy Japanese Language School and Thu Dau Mot University have launched a joint school to deliver Howdy’s unique curriculum, teaching research results and experienced teaching staff.
The TDMU-Howdy joint Japanese Language Center, based in Binh Duong, Vietnam, has recruited more than 50 of the university students in Vietnam.
Director of Foreign Language Centre Anh welcomed the joint school following its formal launch on campus: “This partnership will not only help the local students who want to work at local Japanese enterprises or further study in Japan, but also contribute to the Japanese language education at the university.”
Kozaiwa Tatsuya, headmaster of Howdy, said: “The joint school has finally opened after the pandemic. We truly hope it will commit to build strong connections between Vietnam and Japan, nurturing innovative and bilingual talents, with international competitiveness.”
